After having found the machine, we see detailed information about the registered machine including:
- Machine Registration
- File Transfer
- Remote Support
- Machine Operation Status
- Change Ownership, Rent, Edit, and Delete

Detailed information on Change Ownership, Rent, Edit, and Delete features.
A. Change ownership - you can change the ownership of your machine or sell your machine to another customer.
Press the icon "A" and fill out the form:
- Customer ID (email address) - enter the email of the customer who has an SC Remote account and wants access to this machine.
- Date of sale/transfer
- Expiration date - customer needs to approve the sale before this date
- Remarks - enter any remarks to accompany this change of ownership or sale. This message will be delivered to the end-customer
- Click "APPLY"
B. Rent/lease machine - allows the customer to rent or lease a machine to another customer.
Press the icon "B" and fill out the form:
- Customer ID (email address) - enter the email of the customer who has an SC Remote account and wants access to this machine.
- Rental duration - enter the beginning and expected end date of rental
- Expiration date - customer needs to approve the sale before this date
- Remarks - enter any remarks to accompany this change of ownership or sale. This message will be delivered to the end-customer
- Click "APPLY"
C. Edit machine details - you can revise machine details, such as model and serial number, machine name and ID, type, or purchase date.
Press the icon "C" and edit the necessary fields.
D. Delete machine - If there should be a moment that you don't want/need to use SC Remote on a certain machine any longer, you can delete the machine.
Press the icon "D" and select "YES"
* If the machine is activated, please contact Komatsu Smart Construction Remote Product Manager to delete the machine.
