- Tap the icon in the upper right corner to open the Main Menu.
- The Main Menu opens, tap the Teams option to proceed.
- The Teams screen opens, displaying the following details:
a. Back Arrow: Tap this arrow to return to the previous screen. b. Team Chat Channel: Tap this icon to view all chat conversations associated with this team. c. Active Team Toggle:Tap this toggle to view both Inactive and Active teams. d. Internal Teams Listing:These teams have been set up as internal-only. This means that only users who are a part of your organization can join these teams. Note that once set, the internal/external setting for a team cannot be changed. e. Team Listing:Displays the team's title and the number of members that it has (on the right side). Tap any team listing to open and view details. f. External Teams Listing:These teams have been set up as external. This means that users who are a part of your organization as well as external users can join these teams. This is typically used for subcontractors or consultants who are contributing to the project. Note that once set, the internal/external setting for a team cannot be changed. g. Add Team: Tap to add a new team to the listing.
