- To open a support ticket with Smart Construction, first tap the Main Menu icon.
- The Main Menu opens. Tap the Contact Us option to proceed.
- The Contact Us dialogue opens. Enter a Subject, Message, and Reply Email--all fields are required. This will open a support ticket. Future communication about the issues that you are having will arrive via the email address that you've provided. Tap the Checkmark button to proceed or the "X" button to cancel.
