Copying a Material Delivery Entry

In situations where a similar material delivery occurs frequently, it may be easiest to copy an existing material delivery entry and modify details instead of starting from scratch.

1. From the Homescreen, tap the Material button.
   
   From any other screen in the app, tap the icon in the lower menu.
2. The Material Delivery Log screen opens. Tap the Additional Options icon on the right side of the manual receipt you’d like to copy. (Note that OCR receipts cannot be copied.)
   
3. Select theCopyoption from the dropdown menu.
   
4. The Create Receipt screen opens, displaying a receipt with the same Received Date, Vendor, Photos, Items, Task, Cost Code, and Notes as the original receipt. Any of the previously mentioned fields can be modified, a new ticket number can be added, as well as additional photos or items (via the Add Photos or Add Items buttons).
   
5. Tap the Checkmark button at the base of the screen to save your copied receipt, or tap the<in the upper left of the screen to discard.
