Viewing and Editing Your Time Card

1. From the Homescreen, tap the Time Clock button.
   
   From any other screen in the app, tap the icon in the lower menu.
2. The Clock In screen opens. Tap the Time Card tab to proceed.
   
3. The Timecard screen opens, displaying any time entries for the current week grouped by date. In the example below, you can see that Bill Weller has time entries on four dates--June 18, 17 15, and 14. Please note that all entries are recorded and displayed in the project's local time zone. If the log is being viewed in a different time zone it will still display in the time zone associated with the project.
   
4. By default, the current week’s time will be showing. To move back or forward through time entries, use the arrows on the right and left of the date. To view a specific date, tap the current date and choose a new date from the date picker.
   
5. Tap an entry to view the details on time entered for that day, then tap the Close arrow at the top of the entries to close detail for that day.
   
6. If there are details to be edited, tap the Edit icon next to that entry. The Edit Clock screen opens.
   
7. Edits can be made to the Cost Code, Task, or Notes. Note that actual time entries can only be edited by supervisors and that any overlapping time entries are not permitted. Once all edits have been made, tap the “Checkmark” button to proceed, or the “X” button at the top of the panel to cancel.
