Calendar Mode + Date Picker: The presence of this calendar means that you are viewing all entries associated with the date displayed and no filters have been applied to the Machine Log. Tap the left arrow to go to an earlier date in your Machine Log or the right arrow to go to a later date. Tap the date in the center to open a month view and select a date to display entries from that day. |

Equipment Log Detail Report: Tap to view a PDF of the Equipment Log Detail Report for the entries that you are currently viewing. |

Additional Options: Tap this menu to add adjustments to the Equipment log. |

Equipment Usage: Shows how long the machine was used on the date displayed. This information is automatically logged by BLE devices in the equipment as it recognizes Smart Construction Field users in the cab or manually added as an adjustment. |

Overlapping Time Entries Icon: This icon appears when there are time entries that cover the same time period (e.g. one entry for 9am-5pm and one for 10am-12pm for the same piece of machinery).Note that if not resolved, only the manually entered time will appear in the Comprehensive Labor and Equipment report. |

Operator: This is the person who operated the machinery for the entry/entries. If there are multiple entries with different operators, a "+" will display here (e.g. (+1)). |

Additional Detail: Tap the arrow in the right side of the Equipment Log entry to expand that entry and view more detail around who was using the equipment and specific times it was in use. Project, task and cost code data will automatically be associated with an entry based on GPS data. Please note that all entries are recorded and displayed in the project's local time zone. If the log is being viewed in a different time zone it will still display in the time zone associated with the project.

Manual Time Entry: Entries that were manually entered into the Equipment Log as an adjustment can be identified by the "^" that appears next to clock in and clock out times. This time was added to the system by a user. |

Automatic Time Entry: Entries that were automatically entered into the Equipment Log can be identified by the BLE icon that appears next to clock in and clock out times. This information is automatically logged by BLE devices in the equipment as it recognizes Smart Construction Field users in the cab. |

Add Adjustment: Tap this button to add an adjustment to the Equipment Log. This would be a way to capture machine use that was not automatically added via Bluetooth. |
