The Worker Status functionality provides an easy way to view who is currently clocked into which jobsite and the equipment they are operating. The viewer can only see the active users in their team.
- From the Homescreen, tap the Main Menu icon in the upper right corner.
2. The Main Menu opens. Select the Worker Status option.
3. Workers on the clock will be listed in the main Worker Status view. If they have machine entries associated with their time entry, a machine icon will also display in their listing.
4. Click on any item in the listing to view details associated with that user, the project and task they are currently working on, and any machine details if they have a machine in use.
5. If there are currently no workers on the clock, none will be listed in the default Worker Status view.
6. Filters can be altered to display workers who belong only to a specific team, to show all workers or workers who are not clocked in, and/or limited to a specific project. Tap Continue to apply filter criteria.
7. The Filter icon turns blue when filter criteria have been applied. To remove filter criteria, tap the Refresh button.
