Viewing the User Maintenance Listing

1. Tap the  icon in the upper right corner of the app.
2. The menu opens. Tap the Admin option.
   
3. The Admin menu opens. Tap the Labor option.
   
4. The Labor menu opens. Tap the User Maintenance option.
   
5. The User Maintenance listing opens, displaying the following detail:
   
   

   a.  

   Back Arrow: Tap this arrow to return to the previous screen.

   b.

   Search: Enter a search term to filter results.

   c.

   Show Inactive Toggle: By default, only active users are displayed. To view inactive users as well, tap the Show Inactive toggle.

   d.

   User Information: Each panel in the listing displays the name and email address for the user. A user photo and manpower type will display as well if available.

   e.

   More Options Menu: Tap these three dots to expand the More Options menu, allowing you to edit, invite, or delete users.
   
   

   f.

   User Status:
   

   	Active: A user has been invited to Smart Construction, and followed the links in their email to create their password and activate their account. They are able to access Smart Construction using their account credentials.
   	Invited: A user has been sent an invitation to Smart Construction, but has not yet activated their account. They will not be able to access Smart Construction until they have followed the links in their email to activate their account.
   	Not Invited: A user has been added to the system, but no invitation has been sent to them to activate their account. They will not be able to access Smart Construction until they have been sent an invitation and then followed the links in their email to activate their account.
   	Inactive: A user has been added to the system, and their account has been disabled. An inactive user is unable to use their login to access Smart Construction.

   g.

   Locked User Icon: This lock indicates that a user has failed their login after multiple attempts and been locked out of the system. To bring the user back into the system, tap the More Options menu on the right side of the listing, and select Unlock Userfrom the dropdown menu.

   Add Button: Tap this button to add a new user to Smart Construction.
