How to delete a machine from Remote portal?

1. Login to MyKomatsu - Smart Construction portal. 

2. Go to My subscriptions in the right-upper corner.

3. Choose Remote and click Open Application

4. Search machine

5. Once you access the machine details, press trash icon to delete the machine.

* machine can be deleted in Remote portal only if it is NOT ACTIVATED. If the machine is currently with activation please request deactivation and deletion by contacting our support team:
