Viewing Fuel Log Detail Reports

1. Tap the  icon in the upper right corner of the app to open the main menu.
2. The menu opens. Tap the Reports option to continue.
   
3. The Reports menu opens. Tap Equipment & Fuel Reports to expand and then select Fuel Log Detail Report.
   
4. To run a full Fuel Log Detail report featuring all projects, all fuel trucks and all dates, tap the Checkmark button to proceed without modifying any of the dropdown menus. You may also select a report format--either a PDF or CSV file.
   
5. To look at a specific project, type of fuel truck or date range, tap on the corresponding drop down menus to filter your report results. Note that if a date period is specified, but a project is not, the report will return a date range based upon the enterprise timezone setting. 
   
   Tap the Checkmark button to proceed, or the "X" button to cancel.
6. The Fuel Log report will open as a separate file. Fuel log entries will be arranged by project, by fuel truck type, by equipment, and then by date.
