(Note that only the sections you have rights to view will appear in your report.)
a. Project Report Title: Displays the project name, report type, and the report timeframe. b. Project Status Details: This panel lists out the project's start date, due date, the estimated date (the forecasted date of completion based on the project's critical path), the variance between the planned and estimated completion dates, and the liquidated damage (the total financial impact based on the variance--for example, if it costs $5,000 for every day we are late to complete the project, if we are forecasted to complete three days late, the variance is three days and the liquidated damage is $15,000). c. Month to Date (MTD): In the far right column of the report all numbers are totaled to show the month to date for that row. d. Date: Each column in the report corresponds to a date. In this example, we are viewing an April report and so the 30 days in April are represented in the columns. When a report is run before the end of the month, data is only filled in through the current day. For example, if this report was run on April 13th, there would be no data beyond that date. e. Weather: An icon appears for each day of the report to indicate the overall weather for that day. f. Cost Code Summary: All entries are grouped by cost code within the report to show machine and manpower totals. g. Cost Code: Each cost code that has been referenced via machine or time entry for this project in this timeframe will have its own breakout of materials, machine and manpower totals. If a cost code does not appear in the report it is because it does not have any entries for the time period (in this example, for the month of April 2020). Cost codes are displayed in their hierarchical format. h. Labor (Count + Hours): The labor count row displays the total number of time log entries for this project by day, with the month to date (MTD) total displaying at the far right of the row. The labor hours row displays the total number of hours logged for this project by day, with the MTD total displaying at the far right of the row. i. Equipment (Count + Hours): The equipment count row displays the total number of equipment log entries for this project by day, with the month to date (MTD) total displaying at the far right of the row. The equipment hours row displays the total number of hours associated with equipment for this project by day, with the MTD total displaying at the far right of the row. j. Materials (Count): The materials count row displays the total number of material delivery entries made for this project by day, with the month to date (MTD) total displaying at the far right of the row. k. Manpower Summary: This section lists each employee who has logged time against the project in this timeframe in a separate row. The total number of hours logged appears for each day, with the MTD total displayed at the end of the row.
l. Equipment Summary: This section lists each piece of equipment with entries against the project in this timeframe in a separate row. The total number of hours logged appears for each day, with the MTD total displayed at the end of the row. m. Task Progress: This section lists progress entry totals by task for this project in this timeframe. The total number of progress logged appears for each day, with the MTD total displayed at the end of the row. n. Material Delivery Summary: This section lists a "count" of materials delivered by vendor by day for this project. The total count of deliveries for the MTD appears at the end of the column. o. Fuel Tracking: This section displays the amount of fuel used by each machine with an entry in the Fuel Log for this project in this timeframe in a separate row. The total number of units logged appears for each day, with the MTD total displayed at the end of the row. p. Subcontractor Summary: This section details the Labor, Equipment and Material counts associated with subcontractors for this project day by day, with the month to date (MTD) displaying at the far right of the row
